Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will see a charge from Reforma Group on your credit card invoice. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days upon your credit card being approved and authorized.
Ordering By Phone
You may order by phone at 248 358-9022. Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 Eastern Standard Time.
Return Policy
Please call us at 248 358-9022 during our normal business hours to obtain an authorization number for return. Merchandise must be returned, within 14 days, in sellable condition in order to receive a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges. Please allow 21 days to process your return and credit your account. All credits will be refunded to the original credit card. No Cash disbursements are allowed.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item that we carry. Occasionally we may run out of certain products. You will not be charged for any item that is on backorder. You will be contacted once that item is in stock. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for back ordered items.
